Chris Cordingley to join Civitas Public Affairs Group

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Civitas Public Affairs Group today announced that Chris Cordingley is joining the firm as Project & Scheduling Coordinator. Cordingley helped reelect U.S. Senator Jon Tester and previously worked for U.S. Sen. Max Baucus. He will join the Washington, D.C. office of Civitas, a national public affairs firm that specializes in addressing some of the most pressing political and societal challenges of our day by delivering winning advocacy and public affairs campaigns for our clients and the people they serve.

“Civitas welcomes Chris to our stellar team,” said Bill Smith, founding partner of Civitas Public Affairs Group. “His experience in politics and organizing will help make our team even stronger.”

“I look forward to putting my organizing and administrative skills to work at Civitas Public Affairs, and the opportunity to work with so many amazing clients working on important issues,” said Cordingley.

Chris comes to Civitas from the Montana Democratic Party, where he coordinated volunteers, office management, and voter contact for the successful reelection of Sen. Tester. He has also worked for Sen. Baucus, with a focus on constituent affairs and transportation policy.

“We are pleased Chris is joining the Civitas team, and know he will be a terrific asset to our clients,” said Patrick Guerriero, founding partner of Civitas Public Affairs Group.
