Alana Young is a project coordinator at Civitas Public Affairs group. In their role, Alana provides administrative and logistical support to the Boston office.

Prior to joining Civitas, Alana was involved in a range of public service roles, including an internship with Massachusetts Representative, Ayanna Pressley. Alana also held a leadership position on the board of their college’s organization dedicated to advocacy for LGBTQ communities on and off campus.

Alana holds a bachelor’s degree in Government from Harvard College with a Secondary in Women, Gender, and Sexuality studies. A lifelong resident of Boston, Alana enjoys bike rides along the Charles River and playing board games with friends.
