Hannah Tyrrell is a senior associate at Civitas Public Affairs Group. In this capacity, Hannah utilizes her advocacy, research, and strategy experience to drive important policy change. Working across the foundation, nonprofit, and coalition sectors, Hannah predominantly supports the firm’s reproductive health clients, with a focus on work to expand access at the state and federal levels. Hannah also supports a portfolio of clients pursuing policy to strengthen climate change mitigation efforts, strengthen gun safety regulations, and has experience building out nonprofit endeavors to support civic-engagement and democracy reform efforts.

Prior to joining Civitas, Hannah was a member of the government relations team at O’Neill and Associates where she gained experience engaging with elected officials, planning political fundraisers, and executing high-level community engagement efforts for a prominent Fortune 500 company.

Hannah holds a Master of Arts degree in Public Management from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross. A life-long New England native, Hannah resides in Boston, Massachusetts.
